Terrace Prep Urbanización de Benahavís

The community within the Urbanización de Benahavís was looking to make improvements to their property which would include a newly formed terrace area. Rock Foundations (SL) was asked to provide specialist assistance to install bearing piles to support the new structure. With access extremely restricted a Grundomat pile solution was sugested in order to minimise disruption to the residents within the Urbanización.

The Grundomat pile hammer was able to penetrate the upper levels of man-made ground and drive a steel tube into the hard clays as per the design engineers specification. The piles were then tremmie filled with a structural grout, cut to level and incorporated within a ground beam from which the new terrace could be safely constructed.
