Pull Out Test, Gibraltar

Having successfully installed a large number of contiguous wall piles on the project Rock Foundations (Gibraltar) was asked to construct four anchors to provide additional lateral support to the wall. As part of these works a pull out test was required to determine the design capacity of the anchors.

Rock Foundations (Gibraltar) worked closely with a local specialist company to design and install a bespoke Test Frame capable of supporting the apparatus for a carefully controlled Pull Out Test on an anchor.
